Position Overview:

As the Procurement & Logistics Coordinator, you'll play a critical role in ensuring field and office teams have the materials, tools, and equipment they need-when they need them. From vendor coordination and inventory management to supporting warehouse logistics, you'll be at the heart of operational success.

A key part of this role includes assisting in warehouse inventory movement, so forklift certification is highly preferred (or willingness to obtain it).


Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the procurement process by identifying, evaluating, and coordinating with reliable suppliers and vendors.
  • Partner with the Purchasing & Logistics Manager to negotiate favorable pricing, terms, and delivery schedules.
  • Prepare and issue accurate purchase orders and track order status to ensure timely deliveries.
  • Resolve any order discrepancies, delivery issues, or supply interruptions.
  • Maintain an up-to-date and organized vendor database.
  • Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory replenishment as needed.
  • Participate in regular inventory counts and audits alongside internal teams.
  • Collaborate across departments-including Division Managers, Project Managers, Service Managers, Sales, and Field Operations-to support evolving project needs.
  • Accurately document procurement activities including purchase orders, receipts, and vendor communications.
  • Coordinate shipping and logistics to guarantee accurate and timely deliveries.
  • Provide backup warehouse support, including inventory movement and equipment staging (forklift operation as needed).

Qualifications:

  • At least 1 year of experience in procurement, purchasing, or logistics
  • Forklift experience and certification highly desired (or willingness to become certified).
  • Familiarity with construction or service-based purchasing and logistics processes is a plus.
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to responsive internal customer service-especially for field staff tool and equipment needs.
  • Experience using ERP systems or procurement platforms preferred.
  • Knowledge of warehouse safety standards and logistics best practices.

Location: On-site | Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM

Compensation: $60,000 - $70,000 annually
